The Montana Technological University student chapter of the Society of Women in 工程 (SWE) empowers all students to reach their full potential in careers as engineers, 领导人, and other STEM fields. Our vision is to create a world with gender parity and equality in engineering and technology.

The annual Women 工程 Conference is the world's largest conference for women in engineering and technology. 在全国范围内举行, our members have traveled to Indianapolis, 休斯顿, 洛杉矶, and many more cities across the U.S. 对于这次活动.

Our annual fundraiser 5k and fun run is held in October of each year. Half of our proceeds are donated to breast cancer research.
Professional Development
We host multiple panels and networking events to prepare our members for career fairs, 面试, and life after college.

Our club hosts guest-speaking events at local schools as well as participating in local and on-campus volunteering events.
